Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, already paid amounts will not be refunded, and you can continue using the service until the end date of your purchased plan.
For credit card / KakaoPay payments (subscriptions) made on Daglo Web
You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Go to Plan Information within the service
- Select Cancel Subscription
For payments (subscriptions) made through App Store
You can cancel your subscription on Apple devices.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Select your account name
- Select Subscriptions
- Select the Daglo app
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Alternatively, you can cancel at Apple's Cancel Subscription page.
For payments (subscriptions) made through Google Play
You can cancel your subscription on Google Play.
- Go to Google Play Subscriptions on Android
- Select Daglo
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Alternatively, you can cancel through Google Play Payment & Subscription Management or Google Play Help Center.
Refunds
Different refund policies apply depending on the platform where you made the payment (Daglo Web / App Store / Google Play). In particular, since payments through App Store and Google Play are made directly with Apple/Google, refunds also follow the respective platform's policies.
For payments (subscriptions) made through App Store
If you paid (subscribed) through App Store on iPhone, iPad, etc., you must request a refund from Apple.
- Apple's refund policy follows Apple's terms and conditions.
For payments (subscriptions) made through Google Play
If you paid (subscribed) through Google Play's payment system, you must request a refund from Google Play.
For credit card / KakaoPay payments (subscriptions) made on Daglo Web
- You can receive a refund if you haven't used the service within 7 days of the payment date.
- Refunds are processed based on the request date.
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method (credit card, KakaoPay) and can take up to 10 days.
- If Daglo has processed the refund (subscription cancellation) but you haven't received the refund, please contact the customer service center of your payment method (card or payment service).
Promotion Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the service has not been used.
Additional Credit Purchases
- If you purchased additional credits while on a Pro or Premium plan, you can request a refund through the daglo web platform.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided no credits have been used.
