Agree with use of data to improve service quality (Optional)

ActionPower does not access records stored in Daglo or use them for any purpose other than providing the service without the user's prior consent. However, if you optionally agree to the terms below, we collect and use such records for scientific research purposes, such as improving voice recognition.

1. Collected Data : Records generated in the course of using the service (including voice and video data entered by the user, text outputs obtained by analyzing and converting such data, edits made to those outputs, and notes written by the user)
2. Purpose : Use as research data to improve voice recognition technology, and to enhance Daglo performance
3. Retention Period : All collected data is de-identified by unlinking it from your account, retained for 5 years, and then destroyed.
4. Right to Refuse Consent : The data subject has the right to refuse this consent, and there is no disadvantage for non-consent.
