Plan questions, answered
What are credits?
Credits are daglo's usage unit. Every AI task — summaries, chat messages, slides, translations — consumes credits based on the work involved. Your plan refills credits monthly.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Bonus credits from promotions and separately purchased credits are not part of this renewal — they stay valid until their stated expiry date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support credit cards, KakaoPay, and mobile app stores (App Store, Google Play). You can see the full list of available methods during checkout.
When am I billed?
You are charged automatically on your regular billing date, based on the cycle you choose — monthly or yearly.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. The exact steps may vary depending on your payment method.
Can I get a refund?
Web payments can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused. Mobile payments follow each store's terms and must be requested directly through that store.
What happens to billing when I move from Pro to Premium?
With credit cards, KakaoPay, and the App Store, you are billed immediately and the unused portion of your current plan is refunded automatically. On Google Play, you get Premium free for the remaining value of your current plan, after which regular billing begins.
