We have a BULK plan for users who need more than 50 transcription hours a month. Please fill out a request by clicking on the 'Contact sales' button above, and we will reply within the next business day with an estimated cost and a guide. We provide BULK users with a link to their personal server where you can upload/download multiple files. However, please be aware these files will be stored separately from the dalo server, thus you will not be able to view the transcripts through daglo boards. If you wish to use over 50 hours on dalgo, please contact support@daglo.ai, or fill out our [Q&A form].
We support credit cards and Kakao Pay for our Pro plan, and invoices for Bulk plan.
You can change your payment method by following the next steps: - PC web : Click on your profile on the left of the board list > click on [Billing information] menu > scroll to [Payment method] and update. - App : If you subscribed on our app, please manage your subscription on your app store account.
You can view your billing history by following the next steps: - PC web : Click on your profile on the left of the board list > click on [Billing information] menu > scroll to [Billing history] and review. - App : If you subscribed on our app, please view your billing history on your app store account.
You can can cancel your subscription by following the next steps: - PC web : Click on your profile on the left of the board list > click on [My subscription] menu > scroll to [Cancel subscription] and cancel. - App : If you subscribed on our app, please view your billing history on your app store account. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (or end of your free trial, if applicable), and you will still be able to use your subscription till then.
You have a right to withdraw your subscription within 7 days of your billing date without using any transcription minutes. Please contact our help center (support@daglo.ai), or leave an inquiry by filling out our [Q&A form].
You can access all your records (audio, video files, transcripts, notes) even after you unsubscribe a paid plan.
