We support Credit cards, Kakao Pay, Mobile apps (AppStore, GooglePlay), etc. Detailed payment options can be checked on the payment page.
Subscription fees are automatically charged on your payment date monthly/yearly according to your chosen plan.
Subscription cancellation is available through My Page, and you can continue using the service until the end date of your current plan after cancellation.
Dagglo Web: You can get a refund within 7 days if you haven't used the service. • Mobile platforms: Refunds follow the terms of each platform (Appstore, GooglePlay) and must be requested through the respective platform.
Premium plan billing takes effect immediately, and you will automatically receive a refund for the remaining period of your current Pro plan.
International payments are not supported on Dagglo Web. Please make purchases through the Dagglo app.
