Check out the frequently asked questions about our subscription plansCredits are computing resources consumed to generate results such as transcription, summaries, and AI answers. Consumption is determined by task complexity, including text length, conversation duration, and model specifications. Higher complexity tasks, such as those with longer contexts or high-performance models, require more credits.
• Subscription Credits: These are refreshed monthly. Unused balances from the previous month do not roll over. (e.g., Credits received on January 1st will be reset at the time of the February 1st billing.) • Promotional & Purchased Credits: These are not subject to the monthly refresh and remain valid until their specified expiration date.
We support credit cards, Kakao Pay, and mobile app payments (App Store, Google Play). You can view specific payment options during the checkout process.
The fee is automatically charged on your scheduled billing date according to your selected cycle (monthly or yearly).
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Procedures may vary depending on your payment method. For more details, please refer to the Cancellation Guide.
• Web: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used. • Mobile Platforms: Refunds follow the terms of the respective platform (App Store or Google Play). You must request a refund directly through the platform. • Refund Guide
Credit Card, Kakao Pay, and App Store: The Premium plan is applied immediately, and the charge is processed. A prorated refund for the remaining period of your Pro plan will be issued automatically. Google Play: Your remaining Pro plan balance will be applied as a credit toward the Premium plan. Regular Premium billing will begin once this balance is fully exhausted.
