Since the evening of September 9, some Android users have experienced an issue where the app would not launch.
A message such as “The app closed due to a bug. Please clear the app’s cache and try again.” may have appeared.
We identified the cause and released a fix at around 11:30 PM on September 9.
If you experienced this issue, please update the app to the latest version.
