We're currently experiencing an issue where transcription doesn't work properly for some YouTube videos.
We've confirmed this is due to YouTube (Google) periodically strengthening restrictions on external services accessing their platform.
Turning off speaker labels (speaker diarization) before transcribing may allow it to work in some cases, so if you need to transcribe urgently, please try turning off speaker labels first.
We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
