How to sign up

On PC

1. Click [Get started] at the top right
2. Sign up with email or an SNS account

On the app

1. Tap [Start another way]
2. Choose email or an SNS account
3. Complete sign-up

I want to change my password

• PC: Log in → [Start another way] → [Reset password]
• App: [Start another way] → [Start with email] → [Reset password]

I forgot my ID or have a login problem

If the problem persists, ask in the in-app chatbot and tap [I still haven't solved it] to leave the details.

How do I delete my account?

You can do this from the [your name] menu at the top left of the homepage. If you delete your account, your records cannot be recovered, so please proceed carefully.
