How to sign up
On PC
- Click [Get started] at the top right
- Sign up with email or an SNS account
On the app
- Tap [Start another way]
- Choose email or an SNS account
- Complete sign-up
I want to change my password
- PC: Log in → [Start another way] → [Reset password]
- App: [Start another way] → [Start with email] → [Reset password]
I forgot my ID or have a login problem
If the problem persists, ask in the in-app chatbot and tap [I still haven't solved it] to leave the details.
How do I delete my account?
You can proceed by clicking the [Delete Account] button at the bottom of [My Account] under [Settings], accessible from the [Profile Icon] in the bottom-left corner of the homepage. If you delete your account, your records cannot be recovered, so please proceed carefully.
