If your file won't upload
- Check it's a supported format
- Play it to confirm it isn't corrupted
- Convert the format and try again if needed
Can I transcribe only part of a file?
Trimming inside Daglo isn't supported yet. Please edit to the section you want and then upload.
My recording doesn't show on the iPhone upload screen
Move the file to the 'On My iPhone' folder and try again: Voice Memos → select file → [Share] → [Save to Files] → [On My iPhone] → re-select in the Daglo app.
