Creating a Space and Basic Settings

In addition to individual work, Daglo provides Team Space, a powerful collaboration feature that can improve your team’s overall productivity.

Team Space helps you manage projects systematically.

A Team Space is an independent online collaboration space where team members can share documents and work together.

A team leader or administrator can create a space, invite team members, and begin collaborating.

Creating a Teamspace

Click the workspace icon at the top of Daglo’s left sidebar > [+ Add Teamspace].

Set the Teamspace name

Enter a clear name that represents your team (for example, “Marketing Team” or “2024 New Product Task Force”), then click [Continue] to create the Teamspace.

Make a payment

• Select the number of people who will use the Team Space, then click [Continue] to proceed with payment.
• Monthly and annual payment options are available. The annual option offers a greater discount.

Managing Space Settings

Space administrators can change a variety of settings at any time, including the Space name and member management.

View Settings

Go to the profile icon in the lower-left corner > [Settings] > [Space].

Under [General], you can check the Space name and basic settings.

Under [Members], you can view the member list for the Team Space and invite new members.
