What Are Credits?

Credits are in-service currency used to access all Daglo features.
Credits are deducted according to transcription time, the number of times AI features are used, and other usage factors.

Where Credits Are Used and How They Are Deducted

• Audio/video transcription: The number of credits deducted may vary depending on the length and complexity of the conversation.
• AI features: Credits are deducted each time you use AI features such as summaries, translation, or slide creation. The number of credits required may vary depending on the AI model’s capabilities and the type of task.

How to Get Credits

1) Subscription plan: The most economical option. When you pay the monthly subscription fee, a set amount of credits is automatically added each month.

Note: Added credits are available until the next renewal date. Remaining credits are not carried over and will reset on the renewal date.

2) [Paid Plan Only] One-time top-up (purchase only when needed):

• If you urgently need more credits in addition to your subscription, you can purchase additional credits in the amount you need.
• Click the profile icon in the lower-left corner > [Top Up Credits] to make a purchase.
