What is a seat?
A seat is a license for one team member. Team Space billing is based on the number of seats, not the actual number of members.
What is the minimum and maximum number of seats?
You can purchase a minimum of 2 seats and a maximum of 300 seats.
Q. Can I have more seats than members?
Yes. Even if you have unused seats, you will be charged based on the total number of seats during the current billing period.
If unused seats remain, your billing will be adjusted based on the number of seats in use starting from your next billing cycle.
How is billing calculated if I add a member in the middle of a billing cycle?
If you are simply replacing a member using an existing seat, no additional charge will apply.
However, if you add a new seat, the cost will be prorated from the date the seat is added until your next billing date and charged immediately.
What is prorated billing?
Prorated billing means your plan fee is calculated based on the remaining time in your current billing period.
Example )
If you add a seat to a plan that costs ₩24,900 per month with 20 days remaining until your next billing date:
₩24,900 × (20 ÷ 30) = ₩16,600
Note: Charges are calculated by day, not by hour.
When is my billing date?
Your billing date is the same day of the month as the date you first created your Team Space (your initial payment date).
If your billing date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st and the current month does not have that date, you will be billed on the last day of the month.
How are payments processed?
Your registered payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your automatic payment cannot be processed successfully, you will no longer be able to use your Team Space.
Please check that your payment method has sufficient funds and is valid. If the problem persists, please contact us through 1:1 Inquiry.
Can I access my Team Space after my subscription expires?
No. Once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to access your Team Space or view any existing data, including transcription results.
If I reduce the number of seats, will my billing decrease immediately?
No. Changes to the number of seats take effect starting from your next billing cycle.
