Do leftover credits roll over?
No. Remaining credits do not carry over to the next month and are reset.
Can I use it on multiple devices at once?
There's no device-count limit, but recording simultaneously may cause errors.
Will Free-plan boards disappear later?
No. Boards remain unless you delete them or leave the service.
Can I edit or download a shared board?
Shared boards currently can't be edited, saved, or downloaded.
Can I record while using earphones?
Recording may not work well with earphones. Please record directly, or upload the file afterward for transcription.
Can I record an online meeting?
Yes. You can record directly on your PC. Simply go to [Recording] > [Screen], then choose the browser tab or application window you want to record.
Before starting, please check the Input Sound indicator at the bottom to make sure your audio is being captured properly.
